Unrestricted by the volume of a fixed vacuum chamber, it can handle both large woven bags over 1 meter in size and heavy bags over 50kg (such as rice, feed, and chemical raw materials). These bags can be directly placed on the workbench for vacuuming and sealing, eliminating concerns about "not fitting".
Heavy bags do not need to be repeatedly moved in and out of the vacuum chamber; they can be directly laid flat on the workbench. This not only reduces manual labor intensity but also avoids bag damage caused by handling. At the same time, it has stronger compatibility with bag shapes, allowing smooth packaging of irregular large-sized items.
However, this type of machine also has specific application scenarios. It is more suitable for industrial-grade mass packaging of heavy/large bags with fixed specifications, such as in feed factories, grain depots, and chemical enterprises. When used for small-batch, multi-specification small-sized packaging, it is less flexible than machines with a vacuum chamber.
- Vertical Lifting Vacuum Packaging Machine: Its core advantage lies in the "lifting" design. Operators can place materials while standing, and the vacuum chamber automatically lowers and seals without repeated bending, greatly reducing labor intensity. It is especially suitable for high-frequency and heavy-load packaging scenarios.
- Ordinary Vacuum Packaging Machine: The horizontal drawer type is the most common. It requires putting items into the drawer-type vacuum chamber, then manually pushing it in or covering the top cover. The operation is more flexible, but the weight and size of a single package are limited, and it is easy to feel fatigued during long-term operation.
- Vertical Lifting Vacuum Packaging Machine: It has a larger vacuum chamber volume and stronger load-bearing capacity (some models can bear more than 50kg). It can handle large bags of granules (such as feed and plastic granules) and large hardware parts that ordinary machines cannot accommodate.
- Ordinary Vacuum Packaging Machine: It has a smaller vacuum chamber volume, with a load-bearing capacity usually within 5kg. It is more suitable for small-batch and small-sized item packaging in industries such as food and medicine, such as cooked food, masks, and chips.
- Vertical Lifting Vacuum Packaging Machine: It is mostly used in industrial production lines or large factories. It can be linked with automatic feeding and sorting equipment to realize batch and continuous packaging and improve production efficiency.
- Ordinary Vacuum Packaging Machine: It has a lower price and smaller size, suitable for scenarios such as small processing plants, supermarkets, and catering stores. It is used for small-batch and multi-category flexible packaging without the need for complex supporting equipment.
